Mental Health

If you are struggling with mental health issues there are resources available to help you.

Think Action provides many resources to deal with mental health issues, from anxiety to PTSD, and can direct you to your local mental health services. 

School Age Parents

If you are a young parent you might feel like you’ve had to give up your education or career to care for your child. However there are options that will help you get back into education or training.

The NHS has useful information for teenage parents.

There is a national financial scheme called Care to Learn which helps you pay for childcare while you study.
