Think Action provides many resources to deal with mental health issues, from anxiety to PTSD, and can direct you to your local mental health services.
Kent County Council also offer various means of support for people struggling with their mental health.
School Age Parents

There is also a national financial scheme called Care to Learn which helps you pay for childcare while you study.
