KT&A’s Pathfinder is our newly launched three step programme to help you get used to the world of work and get the qualifications and skills you need to move forward. This programme looks at identifying career choices, team building activities, interview skills, best practice for the workplace and gives you a work taster too.
What does it include?
- A 12 week programme consisting of 2 days (12 hours per week) in the training centre and out of centre activity and visits
- Identification of your career choices, giving you interview skills, life skills and teamwork skills to help you learn best practice behaviours for the workplace
- Industry visits, guest speakers and a creative workshop
Who is it suitable for?
Pathfinder is suitable for young people aged 16-18 (up to 24 with EHCP)in Kent & Medway who are not currently in employment, education or training and who might not be quite ready for our Work Ready course or for a Further Education College course or School Sixth Form.
