A counsellor attends weekly and we have access to funds to help learners purchase work place clothing, gain additional qualifications or access counselling. Liberty provide travel reimbursement, breakfast and lunch.
We promote an active learning approach, including team building skills, problem solving and overcoming obstacles.
We work with external organisations such as Kent Fire & Rescue Service and the RBLI to educate learners and work on team building exercises.
